Everything you need to know about purchasing and receiving a SYMKH digital product.
01 What am I purchasing? +
You are purchasing a digital product. Nothing will be physically shipped to you. The files included with your purchase depend on the specific product and are described in the product listing.
02 How do I receive my files? +
After your payment is successfully verified, you will be taken to a secure SYMKH download page where your purchased files can be downloaded.
03 How many times can I download my purchase? +
Each purchase currently includes up to two secure downloads. We recommend saving your downloaded ZIP file somewhere safe after receiving it.
04 Why is my product delivered as a ZIP file? +
ZIP files allow all files belonging to a product to be packaged together in one download. After downloading the ZIP file, extract it on your device to access the included files.
05 Are all SYMKH products editable? +
No. Editability depends on the product. Some products include editable files, while other products contain finished graphics, images, videos or other files that are intended to be used as provided. Review the product description before purchasing.
06 Do I need special software? +
That depends on the product. Microsoft Office business tools may require compatible Microsoft Office software. Other products may include standard file types such as PNG, JPG or MP4. Any special file requirements should be reviewed before purchase.

Your purchase gives you permission to use the product. It does not transfer ownership of the original SYMKH product or source files.

- Customize purchased templates Edit an editable product to fit your own business, project or permitted client work.
- Use products in your own business Use purchased resources for your own business or personal projects.
- Create finished work for clients You may use a purchased template or resource to create customized finished work for a client.
- Deliver finished client work A completed, customized end product may be delivered to your client when appropriate.
YOU MAY NOT
- Resell the original files Do not sell a SYMKH product, template or source file as your own product.
- Share or redistribute the files Purchased files may not be shared, transferred, given away or redistributed to others.
- Transfer editable source files Editable SYMKH templates and source files may not be transferred to another person or business.
- Repackage the files SYMKH files may not be bundled, sublicensed, uploaded or repackaged as a competing product.
Copyright and ownership remain with SYMKH.
Purchasing a digital product provides a license to use the product according to the permitted uses above. Copyright and ownership of the original SYMKH product, design and source files are not transferred to the purchaser.

02 How do I ask about a service? +
Visit the Contact page and select the service you are interested in. You can then contact SYMKH by email with information about your project or support request.
03 Are service prices the same for every project? +
Project requirements can vary. The scope of the work must be reviewed before the requirements and pricing for a custom project can be determined.
04 Can SYMKH update an existing website? +
Website updates and improvements may be available depending on the website, platform and work required. Contact SYMKH with information about the existing site and the changes you need.
05 What should I include when contacting you? +
Include a brief description of what you need, the type of business or project involved and any important requirements you already know. For technical support, describe the issue and what you were trying to do when the problem occurred.

If you completed your purchase but are unable to access your download, contact SYMKH customer support and provide information about the purchase so the issue can be reviewed.
